Our mission is to provide the students, faculty and staff facilities that are conducive to a positive learning environment. Through the efforts of over 100 dedicated associates, the Physical Plant is responsible for over 100 facilities many in excess of over 150 years old and the utilities infrastructure. The Physical Plant consists of: Engineering and Construction (Capital Projects); Custodial Services; Maintenance; Central Energy, and Administrative Support Services through Physical Plant Help. Our dedicated custodians, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) technicians, painters, maintenance associates, locksmiths, planners, estimators, engineers, architects and our administrative and management staff are here to support you in your day-to-day needs. The Physical Plant operates and maintains the College's major utility systems including electrical, lighting, and steam distribution, central energy plant, and water systems. The purpose of this web site is to inform you about our organization, the services we offer, and the procedures to follow to implement a work order request.
